We are now down to just over 1000 members still out of power, spread over 83 locations within 5 counties of our service area.
Our broken pole count has now risen to 62 and roughly a third of those are planned to be replaced today/this evening. We have high expectations that all locations that are able to receive power should be restored by the end of the day/evening, in the event that nothing unforeseen happens. If a location has damage to the meter base, weatherhead, etc. it may be necessary to have an electrician make those repairs before service can be connected.
We have obtained two additional line crews, so that puts the number of crew members working on our system to around 200 (this includes our Amicalola EMC employees).
