Just a reminder, the most accurate and efficient way to report a power outage is through our Automated Outage Management System, which is done by calling one of the following numbers: 706-253-0359 OR 706-276-0359 OR 706-864-0359. We do post updates on facebook and on our website as the information becomes available, but neither is monitored 24 hours a day and neither is equipped to collect outage information or details pertaining to outages. If you have valuable information for us, we would love to hear from you but please call one of the numbers listed above. You will be given an opportunity to leave a message and those messages are reviewed for information concerning power outages.
